Jerry Lowery- Field Supervisor

A native of West KY, Mr. Lowery attended Murray State University. Having owned a construction business, he is knowledgable about all aspects of construction, including renovations, new construction, build-outs, plaster and Dryvit EIFS. Jerry is a certified Dryvit applicator for exterior insulation and finish systems, with extensive knowledge of the seismic requirements for suspended ceilings.

Jamie West - Office Manager

With 10+ years of experience in office administrative and managerial skills, Mrs. West keeps all jobs up to date and provides necessary communication to clients, including detailed invoicing and project timelines. Jamie also holds her Kentucky Real Estate License and is pursuing an Associates Degree in Business Administration.

Robert Pardue - Draftsman

Mr. Pardue is a 2003 graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelors degree in Engineering Graphics and Design. His hand-on experience along with his degree, gives him an advantage when it comes to the design process & communication with field crews. This skill set and experience saves time and money for our clients.

Pat Johnson - Owner and Managing Member

Mr. Johnson founded Mindspring Development. He is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in 5 states bordering Kentucky. His 20+ years of experience in site planning, site development, and storm water runoff gives Mindspring the competitive advantage of addressing potential engineering issues early in the design process.
