Chip Wynn (Chip Wynn Motors)
We hired Mindspring Development as the main contractor for our new building on Park Avenue and they did a Retro Fit for the existing structure out front at that same location. It was a pleasure doing business with Pat Johnson of Mindspring Development. We became friends before he built our new facility. Getting to know Pat first and seeing what he stood for, his morals and ethics, made me want to do business with him. The building project was completed in record time and to my complete satisfaction.

Mindspring Development did an addition to our current structure at our automotive dealership. Mindspring Development came in with a reasonable quote finished under budget. Mark Bladon and his team were very professional. They completed the project quickly, they even worked through the bad weather. This was a Turn Key project and we were extremely pleased from start to finish. Mindspring did a build out and renovation of a 3,000 square foot office building, built in the 1880s, in Historic downtown Paducah. Their design team used a lot of the hidden historical features of the building to make more interesting office space. Mindspring Development is a great GROUP of individuals that work together as a team. They did a great job of coordinating all of the permits and all of the subcontractors were well qualified. Most importantly, they were on budget and on schedule.

Calvin Shanks (Home Remodel)
We remodeled one of the homes in the Fountain Avenue area. When we bought the home the doors and windows were boarded up and the interior was stripped. Initially we had contracted with another company but things fell apart. We found out that several things were not even up to code. Thankfully we got a call from Pat Johnson at Mindspring Development and he said he wanted to help us complete this project. We met with Pat and Adam and they drew up plans with very reasonable quotes. We got quotes from other contractors but this company was the most professional and appeared to be able to solve our problems. You could tell they genuinely wanted to restore this home and the end result we now have a beautiful home we are proud of. Mindspring Development did what they said they were going to do and got it done in a timely fashion.
